　　V, Competition

　　1, Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing

　　2, Health Qigong-Wu Qin Xi

　　3, Health Qigong-Liu Zi Jue

　　4, Health Qigong-Ba Duan Jin

　　The criteria of the movements of the above Health Qigong are those created and edited by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. No other kind of movements shall be included at the 2nd International Health Qigong Demonstration and Exchange.

　　VI, Participation

　　1, Groups or individual from the countries or regions in the world may send their entries.

　　2, Delegations may be made of 1-2 Chef de Mission (team leader), coaches 1-2 and unlimited number of participants under the age of 75.

　　3, The age and health conditions of the participants must be confirmed on the Entry Forms by signature or the seal. The delegation or the individual is responsible for any illness occurred during the Demonstration and Exchange.

　　4, Participants are responsible for their own insurance in case

　　of illness, accidents and or repatriation during their stay in China and sign on the “Declaration on Safety Responsibilities” (attached on the back page of the Entry Forms).

　　VII, Competition System

　　1, Group and individual competitions will be conducted at the 2nd International Health Qigong Demonstration and Exchange.

　　2, Entry of group competition is by country or region (no limit on number of teams). Each team must be at least 4 competitors, whatever their sex or ages and without limit on disciplines.

　　3, Individuals may compete in two disciplines with the entry in group competition.

　　4, The competition order is: Yi Jin Jing, Wu Qin Xi, Liu Zi Jue and Ba Duan Jin.

　　5, The “Rules of Evaluating Points at the 2nd International Health Qigong Demonstration and Exchange” made by the Chinese Health Qigong Association shall be applied.

　　6, Teams or competitors march in or march off as requested upon the call from the court and bow to the Chief judge when finishing the competition.

　　7, Competitors prepare their own dresses. The style and color of the dresses for group competition must be unified.

　　8, The Organizing Committee arranges the competition music with words saying the movements.

　　VIII, Awards

　　1, Awards of Best, Excellent and Performance will be given to the group events and individuals at the 2nd International Health Qigong Demonstration and Exchange.

　　2, The Award of Best is the highest to be conferred to those of 30% of the total participants according to the ranking of their results. Trophy or medal and diploma will be given to the groups or individuals.

　　3, The Award of Excellent next to the highest is conferred to those of 40% of the total participants according to the ranking

　　of their results. Trophy or medal and diploma will be given to the groups or individuals.

　　4, The Award of Performance is conferred to those of 30% of the total participants according to the ranking of their results. Trophy or medal and diploma will be given to the groups or individuals.

　　IX, Entry and Registration

　　1, Groups or individuals must complete the Entry Forms legibly as requested with two copies sent to the Liaison Office of the Chinese Health Qigong Association via E-mail or fax or mail. Fees will be paid upon registration to the Organizing Committee.

　　2, The information in the Entry Forms must be correctly completed in Capital letter (Japanese name be written in Roman Letters).

　　3, The deadline for entry is the 31st of July 2007(as the

　　date of post mark remains). Participants of the late entries may

　　take part in the Demonstration and Exchange but are not listed in the Program and their results shall not be recorded.

　　4, Date of Registration

　　(1), Participants (including those attending the International Health Qigong Symposium, Seminar of Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing and Examination on Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad ) are requested to register on the 24th of August 2007. One person either the Chef de mission or team leader or coach should present at the evening meeting on the 24th of August 2007 for lots-drawing at the Demonstration and Exchange. The Organizing Committee draws the lots on behalf of the delegation or individuals who are unable to be present.

　　Participants on their own accommodation and meals must register before noon on the 24th of August 2007 and take part in the Demonstration and Exchange on time.

　　(2), Attendants not to take part in the Demonstration and Exchange but to the International Health Qigong Symposium, Seminar on Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing and Examination on Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad are requested to register on the 25th of August 2007.

　　Participants on their own accommodation and meals must register before noon on the 25th of August 2007 and attend the relevant events on time.

　　5, Place to register will be informed on a later date.

　　X, Jury and judges

　　1, A Jury shall be established to handle the matters relating to the competition.

　　2, Judges are to be selected by the Chinese Health Qigong Association.

　　XI, Matters on the International Health Qigong Symposium, Seminar on Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing and Examination on Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad

　　1, The Chinese Health Qigong Association will conduct the

　　International Health Qigong Symposium on the 26th of August 2007.

　　2, The Chinese Health Qigong Association will organize the Seminar on Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing of 18 hours from the 26th -28th of August 2007.Attendants passing the examination in the afternoon on the 28th of August 2007 will be given a Diploma of Health Qigong Duan Degrees made by the Chinese Health Qigong Association.

　　Attendants also registered for Examination on Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad shall be examined together with those at Seminar on Health Qigong-Yi Jin Jing on the afternoon of the 28th of August 2007.

　　3, Persons applying for the Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad are requested to submit, before the 31st of July 2007, a photo copy of Diploma of the former Seminar conferred by the Chinese Health Qigong Association and may send their entries and be agreed for the Examination after being approved by the Chinese Health Qigong Association.

　　The examination on Health Qigong Technical Degrees Abroad takes a whole day on the 26th of August 2007.Attendants passing the examination will be given a Diploma of Health Qigong Duan Degrees by the Chinese Health Qigong Association.
