On October 29, 2011, the Beilun District Launching Ceremony for National Fitness Demonstration Pilot City & Ningbo Beilun Conference for National Thousand Villages Program of Health Qigong Demonstration and Exchange was held in Beilun District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Lv Shiming, Deputy Director of GASC Health Qigong Administration Center, and Ying Zuming, Deputy Director of Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of Sports were present at the Launching Ceremony.
